Timely visit, very courteous
My followup appointment with Dr Gonzalez went well. He answered all of my questions and together we were able to come up with a plan for future visits and treatments. Overall, the consensus was I was improving and he suggested a few more things I could do to help me on my road to recovery.
How fortunate I was to get appointment with Dr.Gonzalez instead of nurse.(Must have had a cancellation.)He advised treatment plan that I heartily agreed to. Previously disappointed with nurse not responding to portal or returning calls. In fact was considering changing urologist because of this! Phone system for GA Urology less than desirable! All praise for Dr.Gonzalez who several years ago did successful robotic surgery on me.
Dr. G has been Wonderful!!! He Did My Surgery, & As They Say, Kept Me in the Loop the Entire Time. Told Me What was Going to Happen, & Exactly How He was Going to Deal with It. Post Surgery I Thought I was Having a Problem, & I was Suppose to Call the Doctor that was On Call for the Weekend. I Called & Somehow I Got Dr. G. He Told Me Basically It was Nothing, & Totally Quiet My Fear!!! Great Doctor, No Question!!!
