I called frosty’s late afternoon and they showed up the next morning. I needed a complete new AC system and they had the parts all ordered and installed within a week. Friendly excellent service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for the great service

My home warranty company sent frosty's to my home for an AC issue. After checking in the addic they said it was a heat strip and control board. Then my warranty people called and told me I had to replace my ENTIRE unit. Frosty's said they couldn't read the model and serial number off the unit, so they couldn't get parts. Something seemed strange between what I was told in my house, to what the warranty people were being told. Maureen provided amazing customer service, endless advice for anything I asked, and helped me find my way to what I wanted.
