I had an excellent experience with Frosty Joes. From the initial call with Joe to the completion of the service, he was professional and efficient. Joe & his wife arrived on time, diagnosed the issue with my AC quickly, and explained everything clearly, including the cost before starting the repair. He was very thorough, even providing tips for maintaining the system.
