Honest Review: I want to start by saying that the staff at this shop, including Robert, have always been kind and professional. My issue isn’t with how I’ve been treated, but rather with the quality of the service and attention to detail on my vehicle. They told me I had a leak and needed an expensive repair. I didn't have the money so I decided to do a coolant refill, which they said would last for a bit but would need to get it done again if I did not do the more expensive plan. The AC blew cool for two more years. not sure if I got lucky, they misdiagnosed, or were being shady. Either way, glad that I didn't spring for the pricey repair.
I went to Frosty's on very short notice. The guys got me in quick and diagnosed quickly and gave me the info asap. They were very professional and very reasonably price for work. Thank you guys.
