I have been going to Dr. HAYS for years and he is great with his response when asked a question. Great Doctor
Dr. Hayes is awesome. He always takes time to talk to you and makes sure you understand everything. He is not a walk in walk out doctor were you get to talk too for 5 minutes and runs to the next room. If you need a doctor that cares and will spend time to listen then Dr.Hayes is awesome for you. You are not a number with him you are a person. We're most doctors you are just a number.
Regardless of how good of a physician and person Dr Hayes is, if you can not get through Pam (the absentee and rude office receptionist) to see him, then he’s not the doctor for you. Calls and messages are not responded to. Prescriptions not refilled. God help you if you have an urgent matter to discuss or get advice on… Update: After leaving this review I received an angry (and unsigned) email from the office. Wonderful doctor and even better person. Very rarely am I enthusiastic about any aspect of health care, but Dr Hayes is wonderful.
