My husband brought his car in to fix a headlight, to replace his passenger side mirror that was "ducktaped" previously so it would stay in place and to inspect it. Over $3,000 later, the headlight was fixed, the brakes, rotors and pads replaced, exhaust leak fixed and the passenger side mirror replaced. HOWEVER, it cost $500 to replace the mirror only to pick the car up with "ducktape" still on the mirror. We were told it was because they had a hard time getting the piece to stay together. I took my jeep over on a Friday to find out why it no running. They call me with a diagnosis of the fuel pump is gone and quoted me at $865 and said it would be done by tuesday. Tuesday came and I hadn't heard from them. I called and they told me the next day. Wednesday came and I didnt hear from them. I ended uo getting my jeep back 3 days later. I have had good experiences with Frost in the past. They were reccomended to me by family who were faithful customers for at least a decade. I had a lot of trust in them and have been recommending them to absolutely everyone for years. I quite literally praised them for how trustworthy I found them to be every time I spoke with the shop. However, I was really disappointed with my most recent visit. I went in for a coolant system leak.
