Working with Paloma from Frostings was genuinely a dream. From the very beginning, she went so far beyond what you would ever expect from a rental company. She took time out of her own life to attend multiple planning meetings with us—both over Zoom and in person at the venue—and consistently offered her time, expertise, and thoughtful guidance. Frostings provided decorations and rentals for our wedding, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Everything was beyond our expectations, and walking into our fully decorated ballroom is a memory we will cherish forever. Paloma was extremely helpful in showing us around their warehouse and working with us on achieving what we envisioned. Like most vendors though, they are extremely busy and a little hard to get a hold of so a wedding planner/coordinator that has good relationships with vendors is advisable.
Frostings gave amazing service and decorated my wedding perfectly according to our vision! They were kind, patient, and extremely compromising during our process and did everything possible to ensure our day looked exactly how we envisioned. They were extremely professional and treated us as though they’d known us forever. We so appreciated working with them. Would 10/10 recommend them for your events!
If you’re planning a wedding I DO NOT recommend using frostings. I’ve called multiple times left voicemails emails and they never reach out. I’ve spoken to Paloma about this and I thought it would improve but it’s been over 2 months and they haven’t responded to my email. They do not take any time of their day to help you. They just add stress. Very unprofessional. …. After that March 26th email I never heard back only to reply to this review…
