We had already worked for 5 years deciding on a location and architect before we ever heard of Jeff Frostholm. We interviewed builders based upon recommendations and reputation. We requested proposals which narrowed it down to who we thought we could feel the most comfortable working with as well as who could bring the job in at our price. We had a great experience having Frostholm build our “Last and finest” home. Attention to detail and ability to listen to our needs made the 10 month build easy to handle. Follow up in these 15 months after move in has been equally good as responses to small repairs have been quick and effective.
Jeff built our custom home in 2019 in Pointe Place and did a fantastic job not only in the quality of the construction, the friendly and always efficient service he and his crew performed, but also in the attention to detail in the follow-up on the limited number of punch list items that were required. I highly recommend Frostholm and Jeff.
