I think somebody accidentally went to the frosty mug in Harrogate near LMU instead of frostyfreeze in tazewell. Yes it is cash only but the menu is plainly placed in the front windows and very easy to see. Anyone in business can tell you taking payment cards costs money, and under the circumstances I agree with the cash only policy.
