I went into the shop not expecting much but got GREAT customer service. I picked up cupcakes and ordered a cake. The cake was way more than I expected and well worth the price. The owner came out when I ppicked up the cake to make sure everything was to my liking and also carried the cake out to the car for me, thanked me for my business and wished me a great party. I went to this bakery yesterday to order a birthday cake. The young lady working at the counter told me that cakes had to be ordered through her manager who was not there at the time. She took down my name & number and what kind of cake I was looking for. She told me that her manager would call me back that same day or the next day.
