I got the fridge from frost tech back in Sep 2023, Andre and his team were so nice and patiently explaining everything about the functionality and maintenance requirements of the fridge. This year in May, the fridge started to be foggy at an indoor marketplace, I called Andre, he sent his technician next day to check the problem. Perfect show case for my restaurant awesome service and customer care
Not sure where to start. Guys i came to your location looking for a meat case with double shelf. You showed me a unit and assured me that it preserves the fresh meat, and that the coils are big enough to keep humidity. I was at Saint Lawrence Market yesterday and saw the same unit, approached the owner and they said that the meat is turning black same day and they have to remove all trays daily, while the Igloo unit at the same location is performing great, and i can see that especially when i saw the size of coils on both u... read more
No after service . bought my gelato cases for my store and they told me it's not working well because of the front panel I built and it's causing it to heat up! Really? I asked if I could when I bought the units and they said it's fine! Since then I have removed the panels and it still doesn't work . bad warranty.
The service was great! Sam and Andre are very sweet and dedicated! Will continue to work with them!
