Audrey, the owner, helped us to decide which type of film best suited our needs. We had furniture for 23 years which faded from the sun as we have a very bright room, so for the new furniture, we wanted to be sure to protect from the UV rays. Audrey is such a hard worker and pays close attention to detail. One of the films had a tiny, tiny hole in the corner, and she was there almost immediately to redo the window. Audrey was super friendly / professional, easy to work with and I would recommend Frost Shades to any of my friends!!!
We had a very unique problem of focused sunlight reflecting off of a 2nd story window, melting and burning our patio furniture below. Audrey persisted with me until a solution was found, making two trips to our home and trying two different types of film. Appreciate her patience and effort toward eventual success!
