I have been living here at Frost Road for about a year and a half. My time here has been great the park has always been kept very clean there is no trash anywhere floating around. The spots are nice in that they have full hookups where everything has worked including the option for internet. Spaces are roomy enough to keep you separated from your neighbors. Frost Road Park is a nice RV and Mobile home park centrally located in rural Lewis county near Winlock Washington . It has Toledo tel fibor optic internet available ( high speed and state of the art). It's a peaceful quite park and the rent is very reasonable . It is a owner operated park with really nice people and good management . It's on high ground so there are no issues with flooding like so many other places in Lewis County. I lived at this park for 5 and 1/2 years The landlord is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet the place was always maintained well and had some of the best water in Lewis county as far as well water goes The place when I live there offered amenities that a lot of places don't such as a recall with courtesy satellite TV a wood stove when the power was out if you didn't have a generator to keep warm and you always felt like it was a welcoming atmosphere The landlord / owner always was respectful and repaired things in a... read more
