Ricardo has been dependable and extremely responsive from the get-go. Ricardo notified me of a potential leak on an inherited pool from a property I purchased. He went above and beyond the duty to keep the pool full and was enormously helpful in working with me to diagnose and address the leak until we had resolution. Top notch service and I highly recommend.
We have a unique pool situation, with a waterfall built into our 30° hill, flowing down in the Stream and into a small pool where we can sit and hang out. Ever since frost pools started coming to take care of our pool, it has been wonderful. He thinks outside the box and takes the time every week to scrub through all the rocks in the stream.
