Great for hard to find items We visited this location after breaking one of our vacuum belts and having a very difficult time replacing it. The staff knew exactly what I was looking for and retrieved it for me quickly. If you're having trouble finding a replacement part, this is the first place to start!

I will never go here again! This company originaly gave me a great deal on fixing my steam cleaner. However, they had it for over a month and wouldn't return phone calls. They needed the parts. This compay uses used parts, and they always seem to have an aexcuse. But they won't call to give you one, you will be calling them every time. If this isn't bad enough, I decided to return to them after 2 months with my regular vacume. I only did assuming they were being honest with their time delay on my steam cleaner. BIG MISTAKE! ... read more

Lost Vita Mix - not trustworthy I brought my Vita Mix blender here for repair. The kid working there promised they could fix it, and gave me a claim check for it. When I called to check on it, h said he needed more time. No problem. However, when I went back that kid was no longer employed, and my Vita Mix was gone. I showed my claim slip, and the owner still couldn't locate it. He promised to call me, but never did. I've been back a few times checking, an still no Vita Mix and he's never returned a phone call. MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – Ditto to the the customer review on March 30, 2011. If I could put NO STARS, I would. I dropped off my WORKING vacuum and requested new bristles and a cleaning. 2 MONTHS later, I get a vacuum that doesn't work, all in pieces in a box and blamed for why it took so long. Pat doesn't put the customer first and I would tell customers if they want a working vacuum when they pick up their product DON'T DROP IT OFF HERE!!!! Not acceptable and to top it off, he was rude...did I mention 2 MONTHS LATER, vacu... read more

Totally unhappy If I could put NO STARS, I would.
