Scheduled them for a sewer scope on 1/16/26—never showed up, never called. Completely unreliable, especially during a time-sensitive home buying process. I just double checked my call log and the number is the same as this company, so I do have the right company regarding this review. I called on 01/14/26 @ 4:27 and scheduled my sewer scope for 01/16/26 between 3 - 4pm. I tried calling them at 3:58 on 1/16/26 and left a voicemail and never heard back.
