Incredible. The most fantastic flavors and the most friendly staff. Stephen O was beyond helpful and courteous. I cannot stress how generally poor customer service has become over the years at eateries, but every experience I've had here at Frost Gelato has been 10/10.
Absolutely delicious 🍨 The flavors were rich,and full of taste. The texture was perfect, and every bite was a treat. A wonderful place for anyone who loves quality gelato. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back! ❤ i frequently stopped here when i go to fedex
You get a lot for your money
Frost orders all their products from Costco on grocery delivery platforms and proceeds to tip 1 dollar for their delivery. 40+ gallons of milk on some orders. I would expect better from a restaurant to not ABUSE and take ADVANTAGE of others in the service industry. They have lost my business as well as at least 6 of my family members because of their greedy practices. Plenty of other places to go for frozen dessert that don't treat others like less.
The gelato is okaish. Customer service is poor
