Highly recommend Frost & Flame and specifically Tom, for his promptness, professionalism and taking the time to answer several questions! Wonderful demeanor and i’m very happy with service snd cleaning of my gas fireplace and remote. Additionally, he alerted me to a slight smell of gas and immediately ruled out the fireplace. Gas co came and are working on a small issue. Thank God for Tom!!
F&F was not able to schedule the service for a long time. However on arrival the problem was handled expeditously. We arehappy with the result.
What they don’t tell you on their site, is that to even have a technician come out, costs $250 and then an additional $155 each successive time, even if no work is done. It took three months to get our pellet stove fixed and when we were upset about the size of the bill their response was “well just be happy we didn’t charge you more”. If you are able to, find any other authorized technician. Genuinely worst office/billing team experience.
Great group of people to work with; from beginning to end. Knowledge about all types of stoves. Crew doing the install was super. Won't be going anywhere else for my stove needs!!
My Hearthstone Bari was installed yesterday and the entire process (from picking a stove to ordering it, the site inspection to the install) was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable and the stove is fantastic. The installers were awesome and had the space put back together like they were never there. I couldn’t be happier (or warmer).
