Service person was helpful and did a thorough job on a stove which badly needed some work
We were a bit thrown off by Frost and Flame. When we went it to look at the products, we found exactly what we wanted. It's a great stove, we are very happy with it. However, my review comes because of their customer service. They were "cold" when we were in their showroom, but we didn't think much of it, we were getting what we wanted. However, we had a qualified and trusted stove/chimney contractor do the install for us, that's when they got rather combative. These folks c couldn’t be friendly or more helpful.
Both gentlemen installers were exceptional. Took great care to set-up the area and protect the furnishings and clean up was the very best. Cannot say more good things than very well done and would be happy to recommend them to anyone. Great experience on our end. Thank you, Loretta and Ted Melhado
