The service technician was neat and honest. He did a great job. He got my fireplace up and running again.
For me, the experience at Frost & Flame was ideal: there were lots of stoves on display, and I could spend as long on each one as I wanted--opening and closing the doors, measuring the size, reading the printed materials, and imagining living with the stove. Friendly experts were there, too, happy to answer questions or just leave me alone. A big, stoic, friendly dog noticed me when I came in; allowed me to scratch his head, reminding me that being warm and comfortable was the goal of my visit. Kevin was knowledgable answering all our questions and made some suggestions. He checked to make sure everything was working properly. He replaced the two he came for and found the ignitor was bad and replaced it. He even cleaned the glass door. Thanks again Frost & Flame Lee Gagnon
