EVERYONE FROM THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH TO SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE AND UPDATING ME ON TIME FRAMES, TO THE TECHNICAN WHO SERVICED AND REPLACED PARTS TO MY PROPANE HEATING STOVE AT OUR CAMP WAS AWESOME. THANK YOU, ALL SO, VERY MUCH.
Bryan and Kevin were great! Showed up on time, did a very complete job. Bryan went over the operation procedures answered all questions and went into detail about service and maintenance, with many safety admonitions. Very satisfied!
Sitting here waiting AGAIN for what will likely be another consecutive no call no-show. I'm going to start billing them for time missed from work. If you can get them to show up, they're great. Brian knows his stuff and does a fantastic job running his crew. I can't figure out why he keeps working for such a poorly managed operation. Actively seeking another provider.
18 year old YOTUL Propane stove would not restart after 2025 annual cleaning and inspection. Technicians were scheduled for a few days later. They cleaned accumulated rust out of the starter apparatus and it works fine now.
