Very good. Competent and polite guys fixed our fireplace. Explained what the problem was very clearly.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. After weeks of frustration and instead of being met with professionalism or accountability, the general manager was rude and dismissive. Shawn needs to be a man and stand behind his defective products and make things right. Instead, he will argue with you and put the blame on you when it wasn’t your fault what-so-ever. Kevin was very thorough and seemed very competent. He spent a lot of time, and explained what he found and what he did well. He even asked if we had a pet he should be concerned about as he went in and out of the house. Overall: excellent.
