I am extremely disappointed with the way this fence was installed. After a few weeks, I started noticing that several fence posts were becoming loose. It seems like the posts were not installed deep enough into the ground, which caused the fence to feel unstable. I contacted the contractor to explain the issue, but they kept delaying the visit and did not offer a proper fix. For a brand-new fence, I expected solid installation that would last for years. Instead, I am now dealing with repairs much sooner than expected.

The biggest issue with my fence project was the gate alignment. From the first day, the gate did not close smoothly and required extra effort to latch properly. Over time, the alignment became worse, making it difficult to use the gate on a daily basis. I contacted the company several times to request adjustments, but the responses were slow and unhelpful. Even after a follow-up visit, the problem was not fully resolved. I expected a properly working gate, but this turned into a frustrating experience.

Not long after the installation was completed, I noticed early signs of wear on several parts of the fence. Some boards already looked faded and slightly damaged, which was surprising for a new installation. I contacted the contractor to discuss the issue, but they blamed normal aging and did not offer a solution. I paid a good amount expecting durable materials and long-lasting results. Unfortunately, the fence already looks older than it should, and this experience has been very disappointing.

This project took much longer than expected because of inconsistent work progress. Some days the crew would arrive and work for only a short time, while other days they would not show up at all. There was no clear schedule, and communication about delays was very poor. This made it difficult to plan my time and caused unnecessary stress. I understand that construction projects can have delays, but this level of inconsistency felt very unprofessional.

We were looking to fence in our yard to help keep the dog and children from the street. We considered building ourselves or putting up a cheap wire fence but are so glad we chose Frost Fence instead! Toby and the team were very friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. They put up two gates and just under 200 feet of fence all in one day and we couldn't be happier with their work.
