This office is a disgrace to say the least. When Mary was there I had no problems getting things taken care of. I have called multiple times and have not got a call back. If you want a good doctor BEWARE this is not the place. Good help and compassion is hard to find these days. I will not return to this office and I am going to tell everyone I know how incompetent this office is now since the former nurse left. I would not even give the practice a 1 star.
Dr. Frost is one in a million. We were fortunate to be a part of the clinical concierge service Dr. Frost offered and believe we experienced the best of care. Round the clock access provided confidence and peace of mind during some critical health crisis episodes. Like the time Dr. Frost made a house call for a heart scare, that prompted an immediate hospital visit or and during a routine urine test when a serious life threatening issue was discovered.
