Frost was more interested in talking about how wonderful they are instead of getting to know our business as a valued client. They were extremely overpriced for the service. The communication was poor and they forgot do do one of our returns. I feel like we got jobbed paying them over $13,000 for 5 fairly simple tax returns. We are by no means perfect, but customer service is a lost art!
Great experience with Randall, he helped us in a pinch a week before taxes were due.
