I had a great experience purchasing my Cadillac! Harpreet was helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and straightforward, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of for delivery. I’m very happy with my new vehicle and had a great overall experience with Harpreet and the dealership!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. I believe I was not treated honestly throughout the process, and my vehicle was damaged while in their care. What is even more frustrating is that the dealership has refused to take responsibility for the damage. My experience has left me feeling that their priority is money rather than customer service or doing the right thing.
