Extremely disappointed with the service I received. I came in to open a new account as I was traveling out of the country this weekend and urgently needed to switch all my expenses to a new account. Instead of helping me, both the receptionist and the manager questioned why I was in such a rush and showed zero urgency or professionalism. I would give this location 1000 stars if I could! My kids literally call this place the fun bank! Frost across the board has high standards and great quality people, but this location sets the bar! Just got the invite for the Santa photos in December! It's truly the small things that make such a huge difference! So glad I made the move from Bank of America over a year ago! They will treat you like family even if you have $5 in your account!
