I mean a bank is like one of my cats , they can turn on you fast! I have been banking here for a year now and they have acted very professionally so far, but it is still a bank.
We have been using Frost for over 10 yrs. Very friendly and user friendly.
CAMERON isn't very professional. When we were leaving the bank he didn't even say thank you or goodbye. He just passed us what he needed to which was some cash. I noticed his personality wasn't very professional and very warming in the first place. But there was a very nice lady who said thank you and have a nice day to us and that's when I realized that Cameron hadn't said a word. Teach these guys some lessons management. Higher professionals.
