Branch is understaffed and unorganized called to make an appointment to open a business account, because of their customer service reputation. Was told it’s 1st com 1st serve. went multiple days in a row to open business accounts, told they were too short staffed to open an account. IDK if they can’t open an account with prior notice I don’t trust them to handle business needs.
This bank deserves the highest rating in Texas. They were very helpful and I really appreciate how Vanessa took care of me.
The staffs are really friendly and do the work perfectly and professionally. They also gave us cookie and water🫢

I mean a bank is like one of my cats , they can turn on you fast! I have been banking here for a year now and they have acted very professionally so far, but it is still a bank.
