I love coming over here to this branch, the people are so sweet and ready to help out with anything you need. They are always very helpful polite and professional.
I went there to do a simple international wiring and 2 banker were there and unable to help me with that, They said that I have to provide a final destination bank, when I used to send to the same bank for years . Not helpful. And considering to close up my account with them soon
Went in to get a new debit card, I was in a hurry. Definitely not trying to start or expecting a problem with this. I was confronted by UMA (the “manager”, lol) on the “miss representation” of account that I had for years. An account I had discussed with many other Frost employees before her. Never before had I been accosted over it. In addition to that my account was audited out loud in line in public.
