Always friendly and helpful. Frost has the best customer service around
They closed my account after having it for only two weeks. I had set up my direct deposit to find my checking out gone. Also they make you come into the branch to update your information which is extremely inconvenient. All around horrible experience from start to finish

Every member of the Little Elm branch are the friendliest bankers. I always receive personal attention and they have helped me with a variety of banking needs even when just dropping in.
The ATM is always down. I have to go all the way down to Plano to deposit cash or get cash.
