This bank. Wow. If you get a mortgage with this bank you cannot make a payment on that mortgage without also having a frost checking account. Absurd doesn’t begin to describe this. No mortgage lender I have ever heard of has this sort of policy. They are essentially making it extremely difficult to pay the loan. I almost think this could or should be illegal.

I have been banking at Frost for years. It's a solid bank. Some of the staff can come across as uppity upon first glance, we're just not used to that level of professionalism these days and mistake professionalism for being rude or uppity. If you ask them questions or need help they will bend over backwards for you. They take the old fashioned approach to banking where you're a person not a number and you can get that personal banking relationship that the big banks forgot about long ago.
Horrible Ethics and Racially profiled If I could give them zero I would went in the branch with my husband and was told Theres no relationship to open an Account Not because of credit or nothing given no real reason why we weren’t able to open an account Was using a frost bank check guarantee funds to fund the account and still treated unfairly Very poor business ethics And felt very racially profiled This is very unprofessional of them Coming from a down south bank Frost i am completely disappointed I hope this goes further... read more
