Bank sucks! Lots of issues lately. I suddenly cannot send Zelle from my iPad or iPhone , prompt to entered a code they sent but never did. Frustrating as hell. I’m about to move my money elsewhere

I am a first-time customer with Frost Bank Flower Mound. I've heard nothing but good things about Frost and especially this specific location. I decided to open up an account with them today. The employees there were so kind and friendly. Quinn is the gentleman that helped me with my banking needs today. He had the most patience with me. I am not the sharpest tool in the shed, he was so patient and kind and answered all my hundred and fifty questions. Quinn you are so appreciated.
This bank. Wow. If you get a mortgage with this bank you cannot make a payment on that mortgage without also having a frost checking account. Absurd doesn’t begin to describe this. No mortgage lender I have ever heard of has this sort of policy. They are essentially making it extremely difficult to pay the loan. I almost think this could or should be illegal.
