My experience with Frost Bank has been mostly a pleasure. Within my one hour appointment, they set me up with an account and surprised me with a fresh card right then and there; I'm very pleased that I didn't have to wait a couple of business days for the card to arrive by mail. The staff was knowledgeable and nice. The best feature of this location is the pedestrian friendly ATM, which is accessible with a Frost Bank card. I’ve been baking at Frost for years. This location is usually pretty good parking is a bit challenging but other than that I would recommend.
Extremely great staff and really look out for our fundings and necessities needed to secure our accounts. Was pleased to have created my first official bank account with them and will recommend anyone to establish their bank accounts with frost and especially this location in Arlington
