When into the branch today to deposit some money into my into my account via the ATM in the Lobby and the machine told me it would not make the deposit and would not give me my money back and I spoke with the tellers inside the location and they told me I should have my money in 2 to 3 hours which was a lie. I called the main office and they informed me that the tellers filed a dispute and that it could take up to 45 days for me to get my money which is really upsetting that something like this is able to happen. I was told that i could walk into any physical location and get a new debit card and open up a new account after my rental car was stolen and my Frost account was compromised with unauthorized transactions. Unfortunately we were hit with a natural disaster in Texas which took my attention to my lights that were off a week and my home so i waited to give them Time to investigation. Always smiles when I enter the building. Absolutely love the customer service it is impeccable! I 100% recommend this location. This bank is very helpful and do everything they can to make sure im happy.
