Front desk personal banker managers not helpful and they have attitude, usually Frost Bank service above and Beyond others but this one is a exception
Excellent customer service...the staff is top notch..always friendly and ready to help
There's been several times in the last 4-5 months where this ATM is "temporarily unavailable." This is very inconvenient for those that bank with you. One night I drove to three locations around town - all unavailable.
Frost has exceptional customer service representatives, very professional with an eagerness to serve.
Jennifer was unhelpful when I made a deposit. When I said that I was unhappy with her service, she kept asking me if I still wanted to make the deposit and kept asking me if I would like to go to a different location. I had to keep telling her no, that I did still want to make the deposit even if I didn't like her service. I don't need an invitation from a bottom level employee to be at a bank.
