I wanted to open an account at another branch but I needed proof of address (aside from my drivers license). So I left and got it and came to this location who still couldn’t open an account because the idiot from the previous branch I went to put “lives in Houston with friends” as the reason for me being declined which I NEVER said to her. I don’t even live in Houston. So these people couldn’t open an account for me neither. The only bank I’ve ever heard of that would rather NOT have people bank with them
Walked in to make a deposit. Women at the front said first I need to fill out a deposit slip. No problem I will fill that out for you. A man walks in dressed the same as me and says this is his first time at this location and wants to make a withdrawal. The women began to help him first and fill out the slip for him. Every other frost is amazing this is the first time I ever seen this. Maybe I'm ugly. The gentleman in there swept in a saved the day and took care of me thoroughly and I appreciate that.
