Complete waste of time and space. I went to the William Cannon branch first, where they couldn’t help me and told me to go to the downtown location for currency exchange. I made the trip downtown, only to find that branch just as unprepared and disorganized. There wasn’t even a manager on site. Instead, they had to call one on the phone while multiple employees stood around trying to figure out what to do. At one point, six people were involved in fumbling a very basic situation. I've had only good experiences with Frost.
Frost bank has been the worst experience I have ever had with banking. Please, if you can go to a different bank or credit union to manage your money. Please do!
I had a dispute at this bank, They record every Call and can hear and listen to their employee. Tell me after I file the initial dispute that they do the police investigation which Employee was lying. They’ve offered no assistance since then, Told me I needed to Get the information about my own account that I would need in order to find out what was stolen who stole it and how it was stolen. The side walk is for everyone. Security wrongful got me arrested, tried to run up and pull a gun on me, and got me beat up by cops for standing on the side walk not on the property. Police dropped charges after Travis and Williamson county lied about all the evading and resisting charge because on camera I did nothing wrong. Even walking to the officers while on the sidewalk to get violated, stripped, and all my property and clothes thrown away to get away with what they did.
