Went in to change my debit card and Jaime was super helpful, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend this downtown location!
This bank sucks. Ladies in the back need to stop talking about what they did last night. Tried to do a currency exchange and I was very polite and looked at me in total disgust. Looking for a more personable bank don’t go here. I don’t have an account here and wouldn’t open one if they offered me so much money. Mean mean mean people think they are better then you when you walk up

Complete waste of time and space. I went to the William Cannon branch first, where they couldn’t help me and told me to go to the downtown location for currency exchange. I made the trip downtown, only to find that branch just as unprepared and disorganized. There wasn’t even a manager on site. Instead, they had to call one on the phone while multiple employees stood around trying to figure out what to do. At one point, six people were involved in fumbling a very basic situation.
