The side walk is for everyone. Security wrongful got me arrested, tried to run up and pull a gun on me, and got me beat up by cops for standing on the side walk not on the property. Police dropped charges after Travis and Williamson county lied about all the evading and resisting charge because on camera I did nothing wrong. Even walking to the officers while on the sidewalk to get violated, stripped, and all my property and clothes thrown away to get away with what they did. This used to be a bank held in high regard in Central Texas but it appears that's no long the case. Went to do a simple currency exchange and after initially being ignored by the half dozen employees joking around at reception, I asked at the teller stand instead only for them to also be busy (with zero other customers). Finally... a bank where a human-being answers the phone, without subjecting me to dealing with useless automated systems. Add to the above: friendly caring employees. Have been banking with Frost for about 2 years now... and still very happy.
