Call in to email documents to open a business account can’t do that but I can walk in and email them. Walk in they want an extra Texas state doc they can’t find online because their system is down. Tell me I can come back in 4 days and try again no way to do this electronically. Grok found the document online for me in a few minutes after I got home. Total incompetence. This bank sucks. Ladies in the back need to stop talking about what they did last night. Tried to do a currency exchange and I was very polite and looked at me in total disgust. Looking for a more personable bank don’t go here. I don’t have an account here and wouldn’t open one if they offered me so much money. Mean mean mean people think they are better then you when you walk up
