Our bank account was hacked and Ms. Christa Gonzalez was able to assist us and secure our money and walked us through everything step by step. I appreciate the personal customer service that we received and that is why I continue to bank with Frost!

We recently changed from Chase to Frost. Boy was that a mistake. The website and App are constantly out, maintenance. It’s a daily occurrence. Never had this much trouble with Chase bank. I’m going back and closing the frost account. I can’t even manage my own money when I need to. They’re unreliable.
