I was helped today by one the bankers Javier with my IRA. He was extremely courteous and helpful with getting me squared away. Great staff like him are the reason why I continue to bank with Frost!

Vanessa has blown my mind. I’ve never had such good customer service with a financial institution in my life. As I was waiting on a wire on this Friday afternoon she said she will follow up with me at 2:00 PM as she promised. Called at 2:00 PM on the dot and called the other financial institution to check in then said she will call back at 4:45. Sure enough she did and gave me the update about the wire landing. 11/10 customer service. I will be moving all my financial services to Frost.
Frost is Privately owned and you can tell by the service. At the William cannon branch they go the extra mile to help clients and customers. They are able to help out and do things Banks governed by the federal government ( Big Banks ) are not capable of doing or would even do. For example taking out a CD secured loan BofA laughed and said nobody does that anymore, Wells Fargo said they can’t/wont do it.
