Is this the way you treat black business account holders who are purchasing money orders with cash. I had to wait on the teller to get "approval" from the branch manager which took a long time. I told the other teller to get my information from her and I left. Why do white people think black people don't have money?
3 stars for the 4 to 5 yrs ive been going here, all bankers have been nice and kind. Today, i ask for a one last request on an exception situation and the Manger decided to have an attitude when she told me is was exceptions. Didnt like her tone of voice nor the mean face she had while i was still receiving service. Never had an issue with any worker til today
Dani is amazing! she help me and my daughter open up a personal checking account. I was referred here by my sister who also opened up an account with her and she said the same thing. I had an issue when trying to open up by business account with another bank and decided to reach out to Dani and my gosh she helped me! If I could give zero reviews I would! This bank has been the worse I’ve even banked with. From customer service, bank tellers, supervisors and Directors. they definitely do NOT know What they’re doing besides STEALING money charging twice for the same transaction of course the system won’t show that but if YOU really KEEP TRACK OF YOUR ACCOUNT BELIEVE ME YOU WILL FIND OUT THAT THEYRE CHARGING TRANSACTIONS TWICE make sure to SCREENSHOT everytime you do a transaction add them up and I promise you guys you will end up missing f... read more
