They are by far the worst. I was not greeted upon walking in and even though there were several people supposedly working. While I don't want to believe actions were race based it was very clear they were. I will not be utilizing this location at all. They actually makes you rethink the entire banking experience with Frost bank.
Frost is my business's bank and has been for years. This branch is the closest to our office, so we have a lot of experience with the staff at this location. They have always proven to be competent and friendly
