I believe Fatima could have been so much nicer to me. I had asked her to be nicer to me, and she stated to me that is the way she talks. I was so close in opening an account at this place; however, her attitude mainly prevented me from opening an account with Frost Bank. Plus, I wanted to make sure my funds would be available to use the next day. I do not think I will return to this place.
Is an okay bank with okay options nothing special. I have them at 1 star because they are not disability friendly and it feels like their motto "Banking about You" is complete bs. They have no protocol for things like PoDs or sudden disability of a customer and will make you run in circles while they figure out what to do.
I had a pretty specific request when attempting to open a simple checking and savings account here. The gentleman Arthur who I spoke with was AMAZING. Helpful, transparent, and friendly. My 1 star review is in no way reflective of him. Apparently my business was “Not worth it” to his bank manager, and I was denied the opportunity to bank here. I use this location often - and my banker is Aaron. He is a solid guy with tons of advice. He has become a friend though our banking needs. I appreciate the staff, who is always friendly. I appreciate the events they put on from time to time. The chuckwagon lunch is one to watch for and always yummy food.
