Went into Branch to get replacement Debit card, was asked to take seat there was a small wait. I did not mind I sat patiently as there was only one teller. Well two ladies came into branch was called up immediately by a lady who was no where to be seen or found while I was there waiting patiently. Well she skips over me to call them up and begin to assist them. This is not an oversight I am 415lbs, 6’2, and BLACK!!! They and she were of course not black!
