Really disappointed in the lack of customer service from this location. I came in and saw that the two tellers were assisting other guests, no problem. One teller greeted me. It was taking them a while to finish with the guests they were assisting so I took a seat in the lounge and figured I would wait for them to assist me. I waited about 10 more minutes and I heard the teller that greeted me initially take a phone call once her client left… again, no problem. Felt very rushed out to get out of the branch. Employees were rude. Don’t recommend coming to this location.
Really disappointed. This branch was ready to go and had no problem opening accounts or taking direct deposits, but then deactivated a debit card while I'm away from home leaving me essentially stranded. One error, no big deal, except... Fast forward another month, nearly same error in another city. Twice is an issue. I gave up on having a debit card with them. Now today, I can't use electronic checks. Their staff and app says I have five figures on my checking account, but they can't tell me why Amazon, Hilton, etc trip fra... read more
