This may be the worst bank I've ever encountered. There are literally more employees than tellers and after standing in line for 20 minutes today the guy in front of me finally gave up and just left. 4 people in line, 2 tellers, more in office shuffling paper and distracting tellers but not actually taking care of customer needs. Terrible branch management.
Really disappointed. This branch was ready to go and had no problem opening accounts or taking direct deposits, but then deactivated a debit card while I'm away from home leaving me essentially stranded. One error, no big deal, except... Fast forward another month, nearly same error in another city. Twice is an issue. I gave up on having a debit card with them. Outstanding customer service. Jared and Jenny go above and beyond—responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They make banking easy for small businesses and treat you like a partner, not a number.
I stopped by this Frost Bank location on a Thursday morning around 10 AM because their ATM was down. I even told the staff right away, “Your ATM isn’t working and I don’t have an account here,” and instead of trying to turn that into a positive experience or offer to open an account, I got no effort at all to help or welcome me.
