I stopped by this Frost Bank location on a Thursday morning around 10 AM because their ATM was down. I even told the staff right away, “Your ATM isn’t working and I don’t have an account here,” and instead of trying to turn that into a positive experience or offer to open an account, I got no effort at all to help or welcome me. Really disappointed in the lack of customer service from this location. I came in and saw that the two tellers were assisting other guests, no problem. One teller greeted me. It was taking them a while to finish with the guests they were assisting so I took a seat in the lounge and figured I would wait for them to assist me. I waited about 10 more minutes and I heard the teller that greeted me initially take a phone call once her client left… again, no problem. Felt very rushed out to get out of the branch. Employees were rude. Don’t recommend coming to this location.
