I just moved to this area so the bank is literally right across from my house I can hear today to get a new card. & the young lady Erica I think is her name she a white young girl she was so welcoming and help BUT THAT DYLAN WAS SOOO NASTY AND SOOOO RUDE NOT ONLY DID HE HAND ME MY MONEY ON THE COUNTER INSTEAD OF PUTTING IT IN MY HAND HE DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO PUT IT IN AN ENVELOPE I HAD TO ASK FOR ONE !!! Nothing but praise from us! Staff has always been super friendly & they will always be our go-to for our business & personal needs.
I came in yesterday to get a cashier's check, the young lady at the front was helpful and nice, but the gentleman also working did not look pleasant at all. When I left I noticed I made a mistake and got the cashier's check amount wrong. So I hurried back to get another made. Just my luck the gentlemen who didnt seem happy to be there helped me.
