Have used frost for my business for over 25 years, but never again. To think I even recommended frost In the past makes me sick. Each branch has different rules, if you have to use frost this branch should be your very last option. Very inconsistent and inconvenient to waste my time. If you’re looking for an actual friendly, and most importantly HELPFUL employees that actually care to help the people that pay their wages, head to a local AMACO FCU.
What an amazing staff they have at this branch! I was just helped by Amina resolving a sensitive situation and left feeling 100lbs lighter. What a relief it is knowing the humans working here truly care about your personal life and only wanting to elevate you.
