Frost Bank could improve by taking care of its employees. By not telling them when someone in a neighboring department has tested positive for Covid, they are being negligent and irresponsible. By not cleaning said infected department, they are being negligent and irresponsible. By not even giving other departments the opportunity to clean shared office supplies and door handles they are being negligent and irresponsible. I expected even the smallest amount of concern and was sorely disappointed.
RecommendedPosted on my personal FB: I just have to give a shout out to my bank, Frost Bank (Stafford)! I have a personal banker, Gloria, to help with any business concerns. I also received a phone call from a team today to make sure that if my employees have any concerns visiting a branch to cash their checks etc., I was given a direct number to get on-the-spot answers and solutions for them. I'm so relieved that I have a team that helps make sure my work fam is taken care of on all levels.

Rosemary should be fired. Wanted to open an account for $100,000 but her attitude and customer service was terrible. Very discriminatory and has no reason to be working for Frost Bank. I will be taking my business else where.
