Been a costumer for many years and in all the years I've come here never had such a bad experience until now! There is this lady name Mimi and every single time! She is so rude! Offensively bad customer service. I recently visited a Frost Bank branch with the intention of exploring their banking services and potentially moving a portion of my finances to the institution.
