Offensively bad customer service. I recently visited a Frost Bank branch with the intention of exploring their banking services and potentially moving a portion of my finances to the institution. However, I was met with a profoundly disappointing customer service experience. Upon entering the branch, I was met with an unsettling atmosphere.
