The bank itself is good. We have been banking with frost for a long time and I do recommend it always. However the bank management should adress the lack of privacy from the guy upfront in this branch! He is so loud and not every customer is willing to have all of their information shared loudly out of this boy. It’s unsettling how he has no discretion when trying to help customers. He is so loud which I did not see from previous bankers and respect privacy. Other branches are fine they do not have this particular problem.
Been a costumer for many years and in all the years I've come here never had such a bad experience until now! There is this lady name Mimi and every single time! She is so rude! She has some serious anger issues and she need to be remove from her position. Next time I will be recording live so they can see how she talks and behaves

Offensively bad customer service. I recently visited a Frost Bank branch with the intention of exploring their banking services and potentially moving a portion of my finances to the institution.
