Gloria was wonderful helping me open my account. She was efficient and patience with me with this process. Much appreciated
They locked my account down because their computer failed to read my mobile deposit correctly. Waited 15 days for someone to review my account and release my funds despite going in person to the branch to expedite measures, sending in emails and phonecalls to the head of department, as well as filed a complaint for their slow response. I never received a phone call or email from Frost about this. I ended up owing hundreds in late fees because of this.

I am now in financial ruin and owe hundreds in late fees because Frost Bank failed me.
