I’m a 71year-old, widowed, disabled, retired RN. I’ve been with Frost (Tech Ridge, Austin) since before I disabled by a stroke. They have always been accommodating to an old disabled man.
I went in on Friday 04/18/2025 to open a Trust account for the entity I represent as the Trustee. Only a manager is capable of opening this type of account, but not one of the tellers mentions this and I even called in advance to be sure to not waste my valuable time or theirs, I was told anyone should be able to assist me to find out that, that is not true, after they collect all the trust’s private information.
