I had went to this location 2 days in a row to make a bank account. First gentleman i dealt with was super nice and professional. I was lacking a document so I told him id be back. Next day I went in with what he told me and there were two women there. Came into this location on a Saturday to try and open a new account. Approached the two ladies at the front desk who gave me the vibe they were irritated that I had interrupted their conversation. I presented my ID, SSC and mail from my insurance company proving my address since moving to Austin from Houston a few months ago. I was turned away due to not having a utility bill.
