The folks working at this branch are SO NICE! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about foreign exchange rates as well as fees and turnaround time. William was such a joy to work with and gave us great customer service as well as his two fellow associates (sorry ladies, I didn’t catch your names but y’all were so sweet and friendly, too!) - I’m looking forward to coming back and seeing these folks again soon. Thanks for all the help today!

FIND A DIFFERENT BANK!! Frost employees lied to me and told me a check I had was a fake AFTER Bank Of America had already cashed the check for them!!! They will lie to you too so they can hold onto your money and not give it to you. I had to have the people who wrote me the check take time out of their day to show me BANK OF America payed the check out to frost AFTER frost said the check was no good!! They put my account in the negative and told me the check was no good AFTER they received the money from the check Yesterday!... read more
