Exceptionally disappointed by Frost Bank's inability to have managers respond when financial access issues exist. There is no excuse to be told a manager will call to address "available" money in an account that the bank does not allow to be withdrawn. Either I have pending deposits or I have available money, but then to not let me use it by check, debit card, etc. because you're not able to figure it out is unacceptable. Again, make an error once we can figure it out. Twice, we need to address systematic failures, but repea... read more
