If you want to have banking problems- bank at Frost
The customer service at this branch was excellent. I opened a new checking and savings account within 30 minutes. Lexi was very helpful and answered all of my questions and created my new accounts with great efficiency. I am glad I made the switch to Frost Bank.
I went to open up a bank account there the employee and the manager called me a terrorist and kicked me out I hate this bank
