Very disappointing experience with Frost Bank. We opened a business account, spent time moving things over, ordered checks, and trusted Frost with our business banking needs, only to end up feeling completely discarded as customers shortly after. One of the biggest issues was that Frost incorrectly labeled our business as being next to residential properties, which was completely inaccurate. It is impossible to get service from folks who do not answer the phone and do not treat you with respect. When they create a problem by not providing the services they say they will it negatively impacts me as the consumer. I now have to chase down bankers, branch managers, and more because front line staff are improperly trained to begin with by a bank that just doesn't care at all.
