This bank literally closes accounts for no reason and then holds onto your money. They act like they have no idea where your funds are or when they’ll send them. It has been six months since they closed my account, and I am still waiting for the $8,000 that was in my account. At this point, it honestly feels like they are trying to keep my money. This is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating. Poor management
Have been banking at Frost for close to 20 years after Chase only could respond after calling NYC for answers. Frost is a Texas bank - operating local with smart tellers & bank officers. Fast service, you get to know the staff personally, and they can get things done. Very disappointing experience with Frost Bank. We opened a business account, spent time moving things over, ordered checks, and trusted Frost with our business banking needs, only to end up feeling completely discarded as customers shortly after. One of the biggest issues was that Frost incorrectly labeled our business as being next to residential properties, which was completely inaccurate. It is impossible to get service from folks who do not answer the phone and do not treat you with respect. When they create a problem by not providing the services they say they will it negatively impacts me as the consumer. I now have to chase down bankers, branch managers, and more because front line staff are improperly trained to begin with by a bank that just doesn't care at all.
Customer service was amazing!!!!! I’m glad I made the choice to switch to this bank
