They installed A/C a number of years ago and it's been running fine. Today hearing noise from it like fan hitting something. Discovered they mounted a/c on a concrete slab just larger than the unit but they did not fasten the unit to the concrete. Land is on slight slope. Unit had moved so both it’s feet at one end were no longer on concrete. When I moved the unit so all 4 feet now on concrete fan noise stopped.
