It was wonderful to work with Jai. From the beginning to the end of the apartment-hunting process, she was very attentive to my needs and very capable of adjusting the parameters of our search together, and she worked very quickly. She was also very sympathetic to the pressure I was under, and willing to do a lot to make me feel more at ease. An absolutely stellar broker!
Jai was wonderful to work with. I gave her a list of things I was looking for and she was able to find apartments that fit it so well that I had my new place in less than a day! Throughout the entire process, form searching to signing, she was extremely helpful. I will definitely be giving her a call if I ever need to rent another apartment.
Jai made the whole process so easy! I began looking on a Saturday, and by Tuesday she showed me 4 places that fit my criteria. Jai clearly knows the city well, and I trust her judgment. Knowledgeable but treats you like a friend that she's looking out for. Didn't feel like I was being pushed, but that we were working together to find the best place for me. Wonderful experience!
Jai made the process of finding the perfect apartment so easy and was very professional. She gave her honest opinion and really did everything she could to find the apartment that would fit me the best. Jai was great! I had a very positive experience working with her. She understood my stressful moving concerns and followed through with solid results. The goal was finding a nice clean and comfortable place for my dog and I. She didn't waste any time and immediately hit the mark with the the places shown to me. (I can be quite picky) I would definitely recommend her to anybody. I felt she was sincere and enjoys what she does. Not pushy and an absolute pleasure to be around. Thanks Jai!
