We purchased a sofa and a love seat from Front Room about 4 years ago. Both are broken and unusable. Front Room said that it will take 3-4 months to get the part to repair them. Our entire living room seating arrangement is now unusable for 3-4 months or longer depending on these parts from China. Any other company would replace the furniture. Nope....not Front Room. Our family has been shopping with Front Room Furnishings and their previous company since 2001, purchasing all of our sofas, love seats and side chairs exclusively from this company. We have been very happy with the quality of the furniture. Customer service however, has been a very different story. After a previous incorrect order with the leather on a chair and now a damaged sectional from a delivery man who called me ‘honey,” we are extremely hesitant to make any future purchases from Front Room Furnishings.
