My husband and I purchased a loveseat from FrontRoom Furnishings last summer. Our dog chewed the arm of it pretty soon after purchasing. We contacted them in October to get it fixed. It is February and we still are yet to have our couch fixed. We already have set aside 3 weekends to have a technician come out to the house and every time they either do not have the correct part or do not have enough parts to complete the job. I received a sales card in the mail today with my full name and address on it. I would like to know where and how much you purchased my information from! I have never bought a single item from you, either in person or online. So where did you get my information from? What company are you using to buy your lists and how much did my information cost you. My husband and I purchased a sectional from Front Room Furnishings last year and spent much more than we typically would because we wanted to invest in a piece of furniture that would last us a long time. We have a toddler and 2 dogs and explained that to our sales person who assured us the sectional we received would hold up and if we had ANY issues, including spills/stains, to contact them as part of their guarantee. The sales person, Jane, took her time with and did a great job helping pick out my furniture. The prices and quality are grey.
Bev was wonderful to work with - patient and fun. Took the stress out of furniture shopping - she helped with fabric selections and I am looking forward to seeing it in my house. will definitely be working with Bev again to help select area rugs next!
