disgusting company, unreliable website, impossible to track delivery. I had to cancel the order.
The worst I have ever dealt with
2 days past expected delivery. On the 3rd day delivery appointment was made between 9am-1pm. At 1:54pm I called to get eta and was told they were running 2 hours behind. Because I have other things going on in my life I was not able to stay till 4-5pm and was told that if I wasn't there, they would charge me for redelivery because of their own faults of not sticking to their original scheduled delivery time!!!??? I HIGHLY recommend to search for a different delivery company other than this one. Unless you have nothing to do ... read more
